On October 15, 2010 she married Steven Collins Sr. Shauna was employed at Biomet, Warsaw, IN for the past 7 years. She and her family enjoyed camping. She is survived by her husband, Steven Collins Sr., North Manchester, IN; one son Steven Ray Collins Jr., North Manchester, IN; one daughter, Shelby Rae Collins, North Manchester, IN; her parents, Rocky Addair Sr., Liberty Mills, IN and Barbara Roberts, North Vernon, IN; one brother, Rocky (Lyndsy) Addair Jr., Liberty Mills, IN; four sisters, Dawn Addair, North Manchester, IN, Cera Gail Addair, Liberty Mills, IN, Samantha Addair, North Manchester, IN and Mandy Mullins, Fort Wayne, IN. Family and friends may call Sunday, June 29, 2014 from 12:00-3:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, IN. Services Sunday, June 29, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, IN.
