Sandra K. Rogers, 54, North Manchester, IN died at 2:26 p.m. Sunday, April 18, 2010 in Miller's Merry Manor East, Wabash, IN. She was born at Wabash, Indiana on August 24, 1955 to Ted L. & D. Joann (Cook) Bashore. Her father is deceased and her mother survives at North Manchester, IN. On August 2, 1980 she married Randy L. Rogers. He survives. Also surviving are a son, Ted (Brandy) Young, Lafayette, IN; a daughter, Heather (Brian) Wake, North Manchester, IN. Three grandchildren, Emilee Young and Andrew Young, both of Lafayette, IN and Connor Wake of North Manchester, IN. Two brothers, Randall L. (Kathy) Bashore and Ron (Susan) Bashore, Warsaw, IN. A sister, Pam (Terry) Johnson, North Manchester, IN. Sandy was employed at Controls Co. at North Manchester for 30 years and later with Dexter Axle, North Manchester. She was a 1973 graduate of Manchester High School, loved her grandchildren, cooking, gardening and setting in the sun reading books . Services will be held Saturday, April 24, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. Friends and family may call on Friday, April 23, from 3 - 7 p.m. at McKee Mortuary . Pastor J.P. Freeman will officiate services and burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery, 600 Beckley St., North Manchester, IN.
