Robert G. Greiner, 94, North Manchester, IN died at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2012 in Timbercrest Healthcare, North Manchester, IN. He was born June 11, 1918 in Lancaster County, PA to Noah & Anna (Geib) Greiner. He graduated from Manheim (PA) High School in 1935 and attended Elizabethtown College and Northwestern University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in accounting and business law in 1949. Bob served in Civilian Public Service at Lagro, IN from 1941-1945. From 1945-1952 he was Assistant Treasurer for the Church of the Brethren General Board at Elgin, IL. He was appointed Treasurer of the Church of the Brethren General Board in 1952 and served until his retirement in 1981. Following his retirement from the Church of the Brethren, he was a Real Estate Agent at Hoover-Burnidge Realtors, Elgin, IL from 1981-1991. He was a former member of North Manchester Kiwanis Club. He enjoyed traveling with his wife thru most of the states, Jamaica, Mexico, Puerto Rico and in 1973 to the Church Mission in Nigeria. On October 31, 1942 he married Edna M. Mosemann. She died September 30, 2004. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Jerry (Donna) McKee, North Manchester, IN and Mrs. Brian (Beverly) Graham, Warsaw, IN; one brother, Clyde (Mary) Greiner, Manheim, PA; four grandchildren, Scott (Kimberly) McKee, Muncie, IN, Mark (Nicole) McKee, North Manchester, IN, Corey (Sharon) Graham, Warsaw, IN and Colin (Jenna) Graham, Fort Wayne, IN and eight great grandchildren. Two brothers and one sister are deceased. A memorial service will be held October 21, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Timbercrest Chapel, 2201 East Street, North Manchester, IN. Pastor Kurt Borgmann will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service. For those who wish to honor the memory of Robert G.
