Rev. Noel Reed Jr

The Rev. Noel Reed, Jr., 81, passed away June 16, 2015 at 7:36 a.m. in his residence. He and his spouse, Maurine, retired in 2002, making their home in North Manchester, IN. He was born in Roanoke, Indiana February 20, 1934 to Noel, Sr. and Lilly Mendenhall Reed. His siblings include Nola "Dolly" Osmon, Fort Wayne, IN, Lawrence "Corky" (Bonnie) Reed, Columbia City, IN and Charles "Butch" (Sally) Reed, Fort Wayne. Children include: Larry (Felicity) Reed, Larnica, Cyprus, Gary Reed, St. Louis, MO, Linda (Timothy) Wallace, Hartford City, IN, Gregg (Colleen) Reed, Wabash, IN and Kevin Reed, Logansport, IN. 8 Grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Noel retired from an active life as a Jr/Sr high school educator, school administrator and church pastor. His testimony might well be, "Life has been full with God present in all things wherein I have been involved in service to others in the name of Jesus Christ." Memorial service will be Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. Graveside service will be Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Gardens of Memory, Marion, IN .
