Ray Moine Blocher, 84, North Manchester, IN died at 12:25 a.m. Monday, January 11, 2010 at his residence. He was born in Kosciusko County, Indiana on January 29, 1925 to LeRoy & Emma (Bainter) Blocher. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lucile (Wray) Blocher, who he married June 4, 1944. Also surviving are two sons; Alan Blocher, Laketon, IN and Donovan (Penny) Blocher, Urbana, IN. One daughter, Vivian (Dale) Stambaugh, Silver Lake, IN. Ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Three sister-in-laws; Marie Baker, Wilma Metzger, both of North Manchester, IN and Glenna (Terry) Parker, Silver Lake, IN. Two brother-in-laws; Eldon Wray, California and LeRoy (Shirley) Wray, Goshen, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, two sisters and a great-grandchild. In April 1944, Ray was baptized into the Old German Baptist Brethren Church, to which he remained faithful. SERVICES WILL BE HELD THURSDAY, JANUARY 14, 2010 AT 10:00 A.M. IN OLD GERMAN BAPTIST BRETHREN CHURCH, STATE ROAD 13 NORTH, NORTH MANCHESTER, IN. FRIENDS AND FAMILY MAY CALL ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 13, FROM 2 - 8 P.M. AT MCKEE MORTUARY.
