Nettie Elnora (Denlinger) Brubaker

Nettie Elnora (Denlinger) Brubaker, 101, formerly of North Manchester, IN died in the early morning hours February 15, 2010 at English Oaks Convalescent Center at Modesto, CA. She was born January 2, 1909 near Dayton, OH to Joseph & Hattie (Mohler) Denlinger. On May 19, 1934 she was united in marriage with Charles H. Brubaker of Garnett, Kansas, her loving companion, who died on December 1, 1995. She leaves three children; Alice Mae Haney of Modesto, California; David (Ruthie) Brubaker of Pasco, Washington and Nina (Don) Miller of Union City, Ohio. She was a loving & devoted mother and homemaker. Nettie was the youngest and last surviving of seven children; Alonzo Roy Denlinger, Martha Ann Denlinger, Emanuel M. Denlinger, Noah C. Denlinger, Sarah Elizabeth Denlinger and Fannie Mae Coning. She leaves 19 grandchildren and 82 great-grandchildren. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE OLD GERMAN BAPTIST BRETHREN CHURCH, STATE ROAD 13 N, NORTH MANCHESTER, IN, SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2010 FROM 9:00 A.M. - 12 NOON. FUNERAL SERVICE WILL THEN FOLLOW AT THE CHURCH AT 2:00 P.M. Burial will be in the Old German Baptist Brethren Cemetery, North Manchester, IN.
