Nelda L. Hubler, 75, North Manchester, IN died at 3:40 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2013 at Peabody Retirement Community, North Manchester. She was born February 27, 1938 in Menifee County, KY to Elbert & Elizabeth (Griggs) Carpenter. She was a homemaker and had worked at United Technologies, North Manchester, IN. Nelda first married Henry Hatfield Sr., he is deceased. She then married David Hubler, he is also deceased. She was a member of Claypool Full Gospel Tabernacle, Claypool, IN. She is survived by one son, Henry (Rebecca) Hatfield II, Roann, IN; four daughters, Ramona (Wayne) Howard, Pierceton, IN, Tammy Mikel, Akron, IN, Sherri (Loy) Conley, Servia, IN and Teresa (Troy) Cleveland, Milford, IN; two brothers, Donald Carpenter, North Manchester, IN & Charlie Carpenter, Stirrat, WV; one sister Laverna West, Stirrat, WV; Seventeen grandchildren and twenty-four great grandchildren. Two brothers and one sister are deceased. Services will be held Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Claypool Full Gospel Tabernacle, 205 N. Main Street, Claypool, IN. Friends and family may call on Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 12 noon - 2:00 p.m. at the church. Pastor Joe Necessary will officiate and burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Servia, IN.
