Marjorie J. Hughes, 41, North Manchester, IN died at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2010 in her residence. She was born at Columbia City, IN on March 12, 1969 to Rev. Leonard & Eva (Nelson) Adams Jr. Her father is deceased and her mother survives at North Manchester, IN. On June 17, 2000 she married Michael Ray Hughes. He survives at North Manchester, IN. Marjorie was a homemaker, worked at ARC in Wabash, IN for five years and McDonald's in North Manchester, IN for two years. She enjoyed being with people, going on walks with her husband, and being on her computer. She was a member of Congregational Christian Church, North Manchester. Also surviving are seven brothers, Jim (Deb) Adams, Claypool, IN; Leonard Dewayne (Rita) Adams, Claypool, IN; Rickey Dean (Vickie) Adams, Milford, IN; Ben Adams, Eric Adams, both of North Manchester, IN; Jeremy Adams, Peru, IN and Mikey Adams, Wabash, IN. Three sisters, Mrs. Kirk (Dunyale) Tolliver, Ft. Wayne, IN; Mrs. Denny (Tammy) Williams, Warsaw, IN and Mrs. Leno (Becky) Flores, North Manchester, IN. One nephew, Luke Adams is deceased. Services will be held Monday, November 29, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in Congregational Christian Church, 310 N. Walnut St., North Manchester, IN. Friends and family may call on Sunday, November 28, 2010 from 2 - 4 & 6 - 8 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN and one hour prior to services Monday at the church. Pastor J.P. Freeman will officiate and burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery, 600 Beckley Street, North Manchester, IN.
