Marjorie M. Deardorff

Marjorie M. Deardorff, 94, North Manchester, IN and formerly of New Castle, IN died at 1:05 a.m. Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Timbercrest Healthcare Center. She was born at New Castle, IN on June 17, 1916 to E.C. & Mabel (Stauble) Teeter. On December 14, 1936 she married Rev. Lewis Deardorff. He died June 10, 1988. Surviving are two sons, Donald (Pat) Deardorff, Camby, CA and Dana (Barbara) Deardorff, Tigard, OR. Two daughters, Deanna (Andy) Offringa, Jenison, MI and Deloris Deardorff, Warsaw, IN. Nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Eel River Community Church of the Brethren, Silver Lake, IN. Services will be held Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Timbercrest Chapel, 2201 East Street, North Manchester, IN. The family will receive friends from 1 - 2 p.m. at the Timbercrest Chapel. Chaplain Andrew Sampson will officiate and burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, North Manchester, IN. Arrangements are being handled by McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. For those who wish to honor the memory of Marjorie M.
