Maribel "Daisy" Arnold

Maribel "Daisy" Arnold, 83, formerly of Silver Lake, IN died at 11:14 a.m. Monday, June 21, 2010 in Parkview Hospital, Ft. Wayne, IN . She was born May 12, 1927 in Herbst, IN to Gerald William and Iris E. (Hartepur) Davis. She graduated from Swayzee High School in 1945. On August 10, 1947 she married Lester Gene Arnold in Churbusco, IN. He died July 26, 2005. She was a homemaker and co-owner of Arnold's Grocery Store, Silver Lake, IN for 26 years and a former member of Silver Lake Mother's Club and a former member of Women of the Moose, North Manchester, IN. She is survived by one son, Michael Joe (Carla) Arnold, Mansfield, OH; one daughter, Cheryl (Myron) Reed, New Haven, IN; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. One brother is deceased. Services will be Friday, June 25, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 W, North Manchester, IN. Calling Thursday, June 24, 2010 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary. Rick Baber will officiate. Burial in Lakeview Cemetery, Silver Lake, IN.
