Lois Ann Warren

November 13, 1958 — February 28, 2025

North Manchester

Lois Ann Warren, aged 66, passed away on February 28, 2025, at Parkview Wabash Hospital, leaving behind a legacy of love, family, and companionship. Born on November 13, 1958, in Warsaw, to Bill and Laura Marie (Burchett) Farmer, she was a radiant presence in the lives of many.

After attending Manchester High School, Lois dedicated a significant portion of her professional life to the Warners in North Manchester before embarking on a fulfilling career at Dekko, where she ultimately retired.

For the last thirty-five years, Lois found a deep companionship with Dale Pickens. Together, they cultivated a bond filled with joyful memories that enriched their lives.

Family was everything to Lois, she was often seen as the glue that held her family together, lovingly arranging holiday dinners and family reunions. Her warm heart and welcoming nature made it easy for others to connect with her. She had a strong sense of justice and was known for standing up for those treated poorly, making her not just a caregiver but a protector within her circles. Lois enjoyed playing games such as Yahtzee and Euchre, where the joy was less about winning and more about the companionship shared at the table. Her laughter and happiness were infectious and often filled the rooms she entered. Lois had a profound love for her cats, especially Baby and Punchie, which highlighted her nurturing personality.

Her love for everyone was unwavering; she embraced all people, holding no animosity towards anyone. Lois drew her core values from her mother, striving to live by them and inspire others to do the same. Her faith in Christ sustained her through life's challenges, and it is believed that she now rejoices in the presence of those who have departed before her.

The loving memory of Lois Warren will be forever cherished by her son, Bill Warren, Lagro; companion, Dale Pickens; bonus son, Christopher Lee Clark; brothers, Jerry Randall (Tammy) Farmer, Silver Lake and James Edward (Aimee) Farmer, Warsaw; sisters, Golda Sue Clark, Liberty Mills; grandson, Dustin Michael Warren; and great-grandson, Nathan Curtis Warren, ex-husband, Calvin Warren, Warsaw; and many nieces and nephews.
