Linda Kay Hamilton

Linda Kay Hamilton, 70, Silver Lake, Indiana passed away February 11, 2020 at her home. Linda was born April 12, 1949 in Warsaw, Indiana to Gordon Kline and Lillie Lucille (Hamilton) Herendeen.

Linda graduated from Warsaw High School in 1967 and went on to graduate from Ravenscroft Beauty College in 1969. In March 1983, she married Robert Hartman, and he passed away three years later. Finding love again, Linda married Carroll Hamilton on October 10, 1989. Linda was a simple, good-hearted and caring woman who stayed to herself but enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren. She enjoyed collecting porcelain items and relished her time outside planting flowers. Linda was a homemaker, and later in life she worked in the clothing department for Big R for 10 years.

Linda will be dearly missed by one son, Randall R. (Jessica) Hartman, Warsaw, Indiana; one daughter, Amber (Matthew) Enyeart, North Manchester, Indiana; one brother Larry (Peggy) Herendeen, North Manchester, Indiana; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Richard L. and Tommy Herendeen.

A graveside service for Linda Kay Hamilton will be held Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Lakeview Cemetery, Myrtle Glen Drive, Silver Lake, Indiana. Pastor Gregory Bradford will officiate.
