John C. "Jack" Sullivan

John C. "Jack" Sullivan, 86, North Manchester, IN died at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2016 in his residence. He was born August 24, 1929 in Akron, OH to James H. & Eleanor L. Sullivan. On September 12, 2006 he married Janet Akers. John joined the Air Force in 1950 and was stationed in Hawaii. During his time in the service, John was awarded the National Defense Service Medial and the Good Conduct Medal. After the Air Force, John was a truck driver for Kendall Oil for 20+ years, past Commander of Post #286, North Manchester, IN, and also a member of the Freemasons. John is survived by his wife, Janet Sullivan, North Manchester, IN and one son, John Sullivan, Bunker Hill, IN. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sarah.
