John Eugene Paul

John Eugene Paul, 73, Fort Wayne, IN died at 6:55 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 2015 in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, IN. He was born June 29, 1942 in Huntington, IN to John A. & Mabel (Weimer) Paul. He graduated from Manchester High School in 1960 then attended Manchester College and Fort Wayne Bible College. John served in the US Army in Vietnam. He dedicated his life to the ministry of the Lord Jesus as a children's evangelist, a church administrator, a mentor and a pastor. On March 3, 1962 he married Carolyn Ray. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Paul, Fort Wayne, IN; two sons, Brook (Jill) Paul, Powell, OH and Derek (Lilly) Paul, Tulsa, OK; one daughter, Rhoda (Tim) Ragle, Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren, Jacob Needham, Elizabeth (Kyle) Belcher, Wesley (Brigette) Needham, Phaedra Paul, Beckham Paul and Benjamin Paul; one great granddaughter, Annajane Belcher. Graveside service Friday, November 20, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. at Oaklawn Cemetery, 600 Beckley Street, North Manchester, IN. Pastor Herb Flint will officiate.
