Kazee Sr., Logan, WV; one step son, Jeremy Bradley, North Manchester, IN; one step daughter, Christy (Chad) McKinney, North Manchester, IN; two brothers, Billy Ray Kazee, Logan, WV and Randy Kazee, Mississippi and five step grandchildren.
