Jerry Clinton Crabb, 79, North Manchester, Indiana, passed away on January 25, 2021 at Peabody Healthcare Center, North Manchester. Born in Marion, Indiana, on October 7, 1941, Jerry was one of two children born to the late George O. and Ruth Louise (Elztroth) Crabb.

In 1959 Jerry graduated from Marion High School, Marion, Indiana. He went on to further his education at Indiana University and graduated in 1963 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration After graduating college, Jerry served in the United States Army from 1963 to 1966. During his time in the Army, Jerry lived in Heidelberg, Germany and Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Washington. After being honorably discharged, Jerry began working as an accountant with General Electric, Indianapolis, Indiana, then Directv Call Center and later retired from the Internal Revenue Service in 2012 as an accountant.

Jerry loved watching Indiana University basketball and Notre Dame Football. Oftentimes he could be found at the North Webster American Legion Post 253, where he was a member, conversing with fellow veterans. Jerry was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time in the stories he was reading.

The loving memory of Jerry Clinton Crabb will be forever cherished by his brother, David Lee (Carolyn Ann) Crabb, Augusta, Georgia; niece, Stacey de la Fuente, Warsaw, Indiana; and five great nieces and nephews Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, George and Ruth Crabb; and nephew David Jeffrey Crabb.

Private services will be held at a later date.
