He is survived by his mother, Shirley Winkler, North Manchester, IN; two brothers, Thomas (Debbie) Whitaker & Timothy Whitaker, both of North Manchester, IN; Five sisters, Frances (John) Moore, Wabash, IN, June Johnson, North Manchester, IN, Joyce (Steve) Farmer, Warsaw, IN, Patricia Davis, Mississippi and Florence Rogers, Arkansas.
