James W. Hoge, 59, Silver Lake, IN died at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at Hospice Home, Ft. Wayne, IN. He was born August 28, 1951 in Rochester, IN to Harold L. & Katherine (Bryant) Hoge. On December 13, 1970 he married Judy A. Clemans. James worked at Warsaw Foundry, Warsaw, IN for 18 years, he was a member of Center United Methodist Church, Silver Lake, IN and he loved people and doing for others. He is survived by his wife, Judy A. Hoge, Silver Lake, IN; three daughters, Mrs. Tim (Wendy) Hines, Warsaw, IN, Shawn Remfrey, Warsaw, IN and Mrs. Adam (Knevits) Stephens, Warsaw, IN; three brothers, Jack (Sue) Hoge, Rochester, IN, Jerry (Sharon) Hoge, Omaha, NE and Jay (Kathy) Hoge, Peru, IN; two sisters, Judy Calvert, Talma, IN and Mrs. Scott (Mary Jane) Holmes, Warsaw, IN and nine grandchildren. One brother-in-law, Rolland Calvert is deceased. One nephew, Nick Patterson, a local marine, died in Iraq in 2007. Graveside service, Friday, September 24, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Lakeview Cemetery, Silver Lake, IN. Memorial service, Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Silver Lake Lions Building.
