Harvey C. Badman

Harvey C. Badman, 80, Warsaw, IN went home to be with his Lord & Savior Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 7:20 p.m. Sunday was his favorite day of the week. He was born May 18, 1935 in Wabash County, IN to Harry & Laverda "Mary" (Weller) Badman. On August 29, 1954 he married Evelyn R. Thomas. He worked for farmers for 10 years, Manchester College for 5 years and retired in 1997 from New York Power Authority after 17 years. He returned to Warsaw and worked part time for YMCA for 7 years. He loved to travel especially a trip to Baden Baden, Germany, land of his ancestry, which his daughter and son-in-law planned, and went with him and his wife. He was a member of Community Bible Church and attended faithfully until his death. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn, Badman, Warsaw, IN; one son, Ricky Badman, Warsaw, IN; one daughter, Mrs. Royce W. (Cindy) Phillips, Tiffan, IA; four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Family and friends may call Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Community Bible Church, 2947 South County Farm Road, Warsaw, IN and one hour prior to service on Friday. Services will be Friday, December 11, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Community Bible Church, 2947 South County Farm Road, Warsaw, IN. Pastor Larry Overstreet will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, North Manchester, IN.
