Ervin L. Coble, 66, Huntington, Indiana died Sunday, October 27, 2013 at 11:50 p.m. at his residence near Bippus, IN. He was born August 25, 1947 at Fort Jackson, SC to Ernest D. & Margretha (Ervin) Coble. They are deceased. On November 7, 1970 he married Ethel Marie Elliott. She survives. Also surviving is a son, Donald C. Coble, North Manchester, IN and a daughter, Mary Ann Stafford, Lakeville, MN. A sister, Patricia (John) Smith, Huntington, IN and three grandchildren; Ashley Dotson, Huntington, IN; Chris Stafford, Ft. Wayne, IN and DavidAngelio Dean Massaro, Lakeville, MN. One sister, Mary Rita Elick is deceased. Ervin was a supervisor at National Tube Form, Ft. Wayne, IN for 15 years retiring in 2012, and served is country in the United States Army from 1967-1968 during Vietnam. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post # 2689, Huntington, IN, Deming Lodge # 88 F & AM, North Manchester, IN and Christian Fellowship Church, North Manchester, IN. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed fishing. Services will be held Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Christian Fellowship Church, 1002 State Road 114 East, North Manchester, IN. Friends and family may call at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. Pastor Eddie Akins will officiate and burial with full military honors will be in Funk Cemetery, Bippus, IN. For those who wish to honor the memory of Ervin L. Coble, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital, 407 W. Berry Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
