Donald L. Niccum, 62, Bremen, AL and formerly of North Manchester, IN died 8:22 p.m. Friday, June 28, 2013 in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Ft. Wayne, IN. He was born at Wabash, IN on August 19, 1950 to Edward R. & Esther (Merrick) Niccum. He graduated from Manchester High School in 1969, served his country in the United States Navy, and was a heavy equipment operator. He married Judy D. Hall and she preceded him in death on June 17, 2011. Surviving are four sons, Nico (Karen) Figueroa, Aurora, CO; Jonathon E. Niccum, Bremen, AL; Frank Anthony (Anna) Niccum, Santa Cruz, CA; James (Shanna) Hays, Bremen, AL. Two daughters, Kimberly M. Niccum, Las Vegas, NV and Christina Hays, Hanceville, AL. Eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Three brothers, Rexford (Mary Ethel) Niccum, Combes, TX; Clark Niccum, Ft. Wayne, IN; Ronald (Barbara) Niccum, Stafford Springs, CT. A sister, Patsy (William) Wimmer, Columbia City, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents. Donald attended Bethany Baptist Church (Church on the Lake) at Bremen, AL and enjoyed his grandchildren and fishing. Friends and family may call on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN.
