Delpha Hackworth

Delpha Hackworth, 92, Warsaw, IN died at 8:35 a.m. Monday, April 26, 2010 at Mason Healthcare & Rehab, Warsaw. She was born at Magoffin County, KY on November 27, 1917 to Smith & Goldie (Ramey) Jackson. They are deceased. On January 15, 1951 she married Adam Hackworth. He died on December 19, 1993. Surviving are three sons, Danny L. (Teresa) Hackworth, Silver Lake, IN; Rickie (Donna) Hackworth, Warsaw, IN; Randy (Paula) Hackworth, Roann, IN. Two daughters, Mrs. Vellis (Connie) Wireman, Gunlock, KY and Billie Jean Little, Warsaw, IN. Seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Four brothers, Junior Jackson, Silver Lake, IN; Kelly Jackson and Eugene Jackson, both of Wabash, IN; Roy Jackson, Columbia City, IN. Two sisters, Amanda Hackworth, North Manchester and Carmia Barton, Ft. Wayne. One grandchild, one daughter, nine brothers and one sister are deceased. Services will be held Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. Friends and family may call on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Rev. Joe Necessary will officiate and burial will follow at Swank Cemetery, North Manchester.
