Dean L. Biehl, 84, Urbana, IN died Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 10:15 p.m. in Peabody Healthcare Center, North Manchester, IN. He was born September 5, 1925 in Chester Township, Wabash County, IN to Ralph E. & L. May (Bechtold) Biehl. He was a 1943 graduate of Chester High School, North Manchester, IN. Dean served in the US Army during WWII and was a lifelong farmer. He was a member of Salem United Methodist Church, Wabash County, IN and American Legion Post #286. He is survived by one brother-in-law, Sigmund Romanowski, Belvidere, IL; seven nieces & nephews, Ted (Sandra) Biehl, Urbana, IN, Kris (LaDonna) Biehl, Urbana, IN, Barbara (Michael) Hochgesang, St. Charles, IL, Rose (Jim) Bastien, Belvidere, IL, Roger (Eileen) Biehl, Wabash, IN, Elaine (Larry) Maier, Las Vegas, NV and Jeff (Renee) Biehl, Urbana, IN and nineteen great nieces & Nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph E. & L. May Biehl, one brother, D. Gene Biehl , one sister, Marie Romanowski and a nephew, Rex Biehl. Services will be Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. in McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 W, North Manchester, IN. Friends and family may call Friday, March 12, 2010 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, IN. Pastor Randell Webb will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Servia, IN.
