Charles E. Flora, 95, North Manchester, IN died at 3:25 p.m. Thursday, February 19, 2015 in St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. He was born January 11, 1920 in Mennomonie, WI to Abraham & Clara M. (Metzger) Flora. On May 17, 1941 he married Ruth E. Karn. She died July 26, 2007. He was baptized in the Old German Baptist Brethren Church in 1940 where he remained a member thru out his life. Charles was employed at Woodcraft Co., North Manchester, IN for 23 years. He is survived by three sons, Chester (Ginny) Flora, North Manchester, IN, Dale (Jean) Flora, North Manchester, IN and Max Flora, North Manchester, IN; one daughter, Mrs. Clifford (Martha Sue) Betten, North Manchester, IN; nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Family and friends may call Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. Service will be Sunday, February 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in Old German Baptist Brethren Church, State Road 13 North, North Manchester, IN. Home Brethren will officiate.
