Carol Y. Enyeart, 65, North Manchester, IN died at 4:56 a.m. Monday, March 28, 2016 in Parkview Wabash Hospital, Wabash, IN. She was born in Honolulu, HI on August 4, 1950. She married Rick Enyeart on June 8, 1986. She worked in retail at Lances and later at Dollar General both in North Manchester, IN. She retired from Dollar General in April 2015. Carol was a volunteer at the Fellowship of Churches Food Pantry in North Manchester, IN. She loved going to Chinese Buffet in Warsaw and Wabash but most of all she loved her grandchildren. She was a member of St. Roberts Catholic Church, North Manchester, IN. She is survived by her husband, Rick Enyeart, North Manchester, IN; two sons, Michael (David Sawesky) Pelphrey, Warsaw, IN and Roger Pelphrey Jr., North Manchester, IN; one daughter, Kimberly Enyeart, South Whitley, IN and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Esteban Remular. Family and friends may call Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN and one hour prior to service on Friday. Services will be Friday, April 1, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. Father Andrew Curry will officiate. Burial will be in Swank Cemetery, North Manchester, IN.
