Bill Robison

Bill Robison, 86, North Manchester, IN died at 1:46 a.m. Saturday, September 21, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Fulton County, Indiana on January 7, 1927 to Arthur F. "Doc" & Valura (McIntyre) Robison. He graduated from Gilead High School and served in the United States Army from 1945 - 1947. He had been a self employed farmer and was a truck driver. He was employed as a mechanic for several years with Kerlin Motor Co. at Silver Lake, IN and Snyder Ford at North Manchester. On September 25, 1950 he married Betty G. Hileman. She survives. Also surviving are two sons, Robert (Jo) Robison and Rick (Kim) Robison, both of North Manchester, IN. Three daughters, Carolyn Brown and Mrs. Robbie (Diann) Applegate, both of North Manchester, IN and Mrs. Don (Rita) Kinsey, Warsaw, IN. Eighteen grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren. A sister, Sally Cole, Austin, TX. One sister, Esther Harmon and a great grandchild are deceased. Bill was a member of the Moose Lodge, North Manchester and Congregational Christian Church. He enjoyed coon hunting, fishing, various types of racing and traveling the western states. Services will be held Sunday, September 29, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Congregational Christian Church, 310 N. Walnut Street, North Manchester, IN. Friends and family may call at the church on Sunday from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. Pastor J.P.
