Betty L. Baker, 74, Fort Wayne, IN died at 4:45 a.m. Monday, April 1, 2013 in Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home, Fort Wayne, IN. She was born September 24, 1938 in North Manchester, IN to Theo L. & Lucy M. (Harrison) Williams. She graduated from Chester High School in 1956. On November 23, 1957 she married Jack L. Baker. Betty was a Special Education Assistant at Ft. Wayne Community Schools for 20 years. She was a member of Emmanuel Community Church, Fort Wayne, IN. She and her husband enjoyed traveling and she enjoyed being with her children and grandchildren. Betty is survived by her husband, Jack L. Baker, Fort Wayne, IN; two sons, Greg A. (Samantha) Baker, LaOtto, IN and Jon L. (Tricia) Baker, Ft. Wayne, IN; two daughters, Dawn M. (Aaron) Green, Greenville, OH and Amie L. Baker, Ft. Wayne, IN; one brother, Lester (Anita) Williams, Georgetown, TX; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. One sister, Rozella Shenefield, is deceased. Family & friends may call Friday, April 5, 2013 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 W, North Manchester, IN. Calling also one hour prior to services Saturday. Memorial Service Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 W, North Manchester, IN. Pastor Ron Ramsey will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester, IN. For those who wish to honor the memory of Betty L.
