Bill and Arlene moved to North Manchester in 1986. Arlene worked in the Manchester College bookstore before retiring in 1992. During their time in North Manchester, Arlene and Bill joined North Manchester United Methodist Church. In their younger years, Arlene and Bill owned a home on Wrestler Lake, where they loved to boat and take their children and grandchildren tubing.

(Vicki) Kissinger, Boise, Idaho and John E. (Pam) Kissinger, Fowlerville, Michigan; daughter, Cheryl L.
