Letitia Stacie Ozenbaugh Finney, 63, Wabash, passed away unexpectedly on September 11, 2023, at her home. The daughter of Robert Lee Ozenbaugh and Sue (Sturtsman) Ulrey, Stacie was born on July 5, 1960, in Elwood, Indiana.
After graduating from Manchester High School in 1978, Stacie moved to St. Louis, Missouri, where she lived for many years. She worked in concessions at Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals. Honest, caring, and outgoing, Stacie had a tender heart and was the rock of her family.
The loving memory of Letitia Stacie Finney will be forever cherished by her son, Joshua (Jessy) Finney, Connellsville, Pennsylvania; daughter, Kim (James) LaBrayere, Festus, Missouri; mother, Sue Ulrey, Wabash; brothers, Robert Ozenbaugh, Liberty Mills, Richard Ozenbaugh, Virgil (Violet) Ozenbaugh, North Manchester; Scotty Ozenbaugh, Liberty Mills, Lewis (Barbara Betten) Ozenbaugh, Ijamsville, and Eric (Brenda) Ozenbaugh, Knox; sister, Wendy (Leonard) Kelly, Wabash; and five grandchildren. Stacie was preceded in death by her father, Robert Lee Ozenbaugh; and her son, Joseph Finney.
A gathering to celebrate Stacie’s life will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Scout Hall Community Center, 108 West 7th Street, North Manchester, Indiana.
